Elevator Milieu...

It was like any other day in office.
I had my afternoon lunch and was coming back to my cubicle in the 4th Floor.Normally I take the stairs...But then this day I was quite lazy and stuff.Took the elevator.We were around 5 of us in the elevator.In between the 1st and the 2nd floors it shuddered and came to a halt. Intially we raised the alarm of the elevator and never panicked.Things were real fun chatting inside a stuck elevator.

Infact it was at this very moment I realised ELEVATOR was a real zany place. After say about 10 minutes the reactions inside the elevator started to change. The reason was simple,we did not realise any attempts made to rescue us and now all of us were getting a bit finicky.

A few of them(luckily all guys ;)) started calling their friends so that they could make sure the concerned poeple took efforts to rescue us from the elevator.After all the frantic calls and efforts(thnks to the cell phone here!! as the emergency phone in the lift was out of order).we could hear people trying to open the doors in one of the floors.As soon as we saw the exit from the abyss we crawled out of the lift.(Which was stuck in the middle of the first and second floors)

I envisaged a few facts from this incident:

1.People get cranky inside elevators.(Especially if there are women around:))
(A friend of mine always feels hot and sultry inside an elevaotor when ther are women travelling with him.Immedaitely he would say - "Can you switch on the fan please??It is HOT in here"
2.Just consider getting stuck in the elevator say between the floors 149 and 150.??
3.It brings would the zombie character out of every individual.
4.This is the reason many film-makers,video makers and AD makers may be prefer the elevator for a shooting spot.
